Dark Night of the Soul
Embrace your life challenges with love and compassion
6-Day immersion with Mirabai Starr, Pilar Cordero and Patty Bueno in Mexico
"The dark night descends on a soul only when everything else has failed...
This, says John, is the beginning of blessedness. This is the choiceless choice when the soul can do nothing but surrender".
— Mirabai Starr, Luminous Darkness

It is fundamental to make space inside us to hold all of our stories with love and compassion, even those dark places we have disowned. The stories that our bodies hold need to be recognized and tended to.
We need each other as a community to be witnessed and witness others in times of adversity.
As a society we need to learn how to hold space in a loving and safe environment for the adversities we go through in our lives.

"Even as I rocked on my knees, howling, I detected soft breathing behind the roaring. I leaned in, listened. It was the murmuring of the million mothers, backward and forward in time and right now, who had also lost children. They were lifting me, holding me. They had woven a net of their broken hearts, and they were keeping me safe there. I realized that one day I would take my rightful place as a link in this web, and I would hold my sister-mothers when children died. For now my only task was to grieve and be cradled in their love."
— Mirabai Starr
